Integrated foam side buffers built into the top cover to assist in the prevention of patients rolling off the mattress.
The numbered foam pieces are PVC coated for infection control and inserted in sections so that the support system can still conform to profiling beds with head raises and knee breaks.
The foam sections are completely modular and can be removed to enable a patient transfer.
