Handled my 220KG husband (lung cancer and lymphoedema) easily. Fold up back not very supportive so 2 hospital dinner trays inserted in the pocket did the trick. Easy to load into Maxi cab taxi for appointments and outings. Good brakes and tires, I am only small and I could handle him on the flat.
